After 20+ years leading technology strategy in healthcare, global enterprise, and beyond, I started ThinkXELA because I kept watching good people get steered wrong by advisors with something to sell.
I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and people, leading infrastructure and strategy work across enterprise, healthcare, and international organizations. Along the way, I've seen firsthand what good technology decisions look like, and what happens when they go wrong.
What I kept seeing was a gap. Small business owners and career professionals, smart, capable people, were either paralyzed by technology decisions or getting sold the wrong solutions by advisors who profited from the sale. There was almost no honest, independent voice available to them.
That's what ThinkXELA is. I work for you, not for a software company and not for a cloud platform. My only job is to understand your situation and give you the most honest, practical recommendation I can, whether that's a $20/month app, a free tool, or a meaningful technology investment. Alex brings over 20 years of hands-on IT leadership experience, including current work in healthcare IT.
